GUEST LECTURE
The NSS Committee organised an informative Guest Lecture on “Tobacco Free Youth” on 9th November 2024 at 10 am in the College Auditorium.
The session was formally inaugurated by Dr. Mohammed Zuhaib, Renowned Pulmonologist, Mr. Thomas Gunaseelan, IQAC Co-Ordinator, Mr. Johnson Arul Raj L, NSS Co-Ordinator, by invoking God’s blessings through a prayer song and watering the sapling.
Dr. Mohammed Zuhaib was the guest speaker for the session who educated our students on the catastrophic effects of tobacco use.
The lecture included topics such as the health risks of tobacco, the factors that contribute to tobacco use, and ways to reduce tobacco use. The students and NSS volunteers’ participation in the question-answer session made the guest lecture a grand success.
