Subject: Recruitment Drive Report – St. Philomena’s College

On 21.01.2023, a recruitment drive was held at St. Philomena’s College by Infosys. The drive was aimed at recruiting students for various roles within the company. The recruitment drive was open to students from various colleges in the region and was organized by the Career Guidance & Placement Cell of St. Philomena’s College.

The following is a summary of the recruitment drive:

• 198 students registered for the drive, including students from various colleges
• 74 students attended the drive
• 53 students were shortlisted after the aptitude test
• 43 students were selected after the face-to-face interview

The recruitment drive was well-organized and successfully completed under the guidance and supervision of Ms. Farha M, the Placement Officer and the Placement Team. The aptitude test and face-to-face interview were conducted in a professional and efficient manner, and the selection process was fair and transparent.

The students who were selected demonstrated a strong aptitude for the roles they applied for and impressed the recruiters with their skills and qualifications. They will now proceed to the next round of the recruitment process, which is expected to include further assessments and background checks.

The Palcement Cell would like to extend their appreciation to Ms. Nanditha, Mr. Alex, Mr. Johnson, and Ms. Monica for their support and the students who participated in the recruitment drive and congratulate those who were selected.
