Exhibition on “Artificial Intelligence in Daily Life” St. Joseph’s High School, Rajiv Nagar, Mysuru

An extension activity was organized by the Department of Computer Science staff and students of St. Philomena‘s College. A college bus was arranged as a mode of transport for both student and staff. We reached St. Joseph’s High School, Rajiv Nagar, Mysuru

at 10:00A.M.

The programme began with the gracious presence of Mrs. Maria, The Principal, St. Joseph’s High School, Rajiv Nagar, Mysuru and the faculty and students of Dept. of Computer Science, St. Philomena’s College, followed by Welcome Speech by Mr. Sagar, the student of IV BCA. The Master of Ceremony(MC) for the programme is Ms. Shreya Nayak the student of IV BCA.

Later, the session was made very enthusiastic by exhibiting various AI based models like which are prepared by BCA and BSc students.

Later on models were exhibited to students of High School in batches of 9^th ,8^th and 10^th standard students.

The session had total number of 160 participants including both faculties and students of St. Philomena‘s College with students and staff of St. Joseph’s High School . It was a wonderful informative, enthusiastic, interactive session with active student participation. This Extension activity has created a technological environment and awareness about Future of Artificial Intelligence and its application in daily life .

The extension activity concluded with the felicitation of the Principal Ms. Maria D’Souza. The program ended with the vote of thanks proposed by our student Mr. Yasir Hassan (IV BCA).
