Report on NSS Orientation Programme SHIKSHARAMBH

The NSS Programme Officer of our college, Mr. Johnson Arul Raj L, attended a one-day orientation programme organised to strengthen and update the role of NSS officers in coordinating various social service activities.

The session focused on the core objectives of the National Service Scheme and the responsibilities of programme officers in nurturing active and responsible student volunteers. Various resource persons shared insights on SHIKSHARAMBH effective planning of NSS activities, community outreach strategies, and ways to enhance student participation in government schools

Mr. Johnson Arul Raj L actively took part in the discussions and training sessions. He gained valuable information on recent NSS guidelines, best practices from different institutions, and methods to ensure greater impact through NSS initiatives. The programme also emphasized the importance of aligning NSS activities with national priorities such as Swachh Bharat, Fit India Movement, and environmental conservation.
