Atrocities Against Women-Street Play & Silent March

Women’s Cell of St.Philomena’s College Mysore organized a street play inside the College Campus and also a Silent March around the College protesting against the growing atrocities on  women   (6-12-2019) .

Rector Manager Rev. Dr. Bernard Prakash Barnis, Vice Rector Rev. Fr. Maria Xavier, Campus Administrator Rev. Fr. Thomas Baros, Principal Dr. Ruth Shanth Kumari, Vice Principal Mr. Vidyadhar Sanjay Nair, Women’s cell Coordinator Mrs. Deepa.V, Asst. Coordinator Sr. Angeline Vimal, Staff members and students were present for the programme.

The Silent March began at 3.30 pm with a Short Note by Rev. Fr. Maria Xavier, Vice Rector, who spoke on the Importance of Respecting Women in Society and to treat them with Equality.
