CAKE MIXING CELEBRATION

The department of tourism and hospitality organized a cake mixing ceremony with the initiation of christmas celebrations. The event kick started with a brief introductory speech by Chef. Ranjith on the essence of cake mixing .Further, Pricipal Dr.Ravi J.D Saldhana enlightened the gathering on the spirit of Christmas and its celebrations. The event was graced with the presence of Rev.Dr. Bernard Prakash Barnis, Assistant to rector Fr. Christopher, college administrator               Fr. Praveen Gregory, P.G Director Prof. Othbert Pinto, Controller of Examination Prof. Lidiya Vandana, P U College Principal Mr. Sunil D’Souza, Vice–Principal    (administration),Mr. Prakash Cutinha, Vice–Principal  (academic) Mr.Nagraj Urs, IQAC Coordinator Mr. Thomas Gunasheelan. Prof. Pual Iruthayaraj, HoD and Prof. Rini Brown dept. of tourism and hospitality, meticulously organized the event. Followed with the active participation of faulty from various departments and students.

The event concluded with everyone lending a hand in mixing all the ingredients which included a huge display of assorted dry fruits, including cashew nuts, almonds, dates, cherries, raisins, ginger peel and orange rind until it was made into a desired mix. Later followed by refreshments to all the guests.
