Celebrate Uniqueness: Orientation Programme by Uniproofilers Pvt. Ltd.
The Career Guidance and Placement Cell in collaboration with Uniproofilers Pvt. Ltd. conducted an orientation programme titled ‘Celebrate Uniqueness’ on December 23, 2021. The programme was held in the college auditorium with intent to bridge the education industry gap. The overwhelmimg participation displayed the spirit of students.
Objectives
- To create awareness on the virtual event called as Celebrate Uniqueness (University/College level 100 days)
- To guide the students to showcase their talents virtually on a single platform for Digital Future through Proofile.in and emblem the students to build a unique Portfolio with Proofile.in
- To facilitate the process of Connecting Candidates and Campuses to Corporates
Mr. Anoop R. Kaushik, Aggregator, Uniproofilers Pvt. Ltd. was the resource person. He enlightened the students on the importance of building digital profile in this digital era. During the presentation, students were introduced to the Proofile.in App and its potential to connect them to the employers. Mr. Anoop demonstrated and urged the students to download the App and to showcase their talent, skills, strengths and accolades virtually. Students were educated on the various benefits of the App as a platform for projects, internships, freelancers, full-time and part-time jobs. The students took the first step towards uilding their digital profile and successfully downloaded the App. They then interacted with the resource peson to clarify the doubts.
Outcomes
- Students were keen on participation in the event and downloaded the Proofile.in App
- Uploaded their details and started building their Digital Portfolio on Proofile.in
- Students started exploring the various methods on the platform to connect to the corporate
There were various sessions conducted subsequently to help the students build more appealing videos and improve their profiles.
A MoU was signed between St. Philomena’s College and Uniproofilers Pvt. Ltd. on 19.03.2022, with intent to benefit the students in terms of boosting their confidence and guiding them towards their interest and passion.
