CHESS COMPETITON

The Department of Physical Education, St. Philomena’s College conducted the chess competition on 2^nd of June 2022 at college Indoor Stadium. This competition was conducted as a part of the Platinum Jubilee celebration of the college. Twenty-two boys and six girls in total Twenty-eight students participated in the competition.

The organising committee consisted of Mr. Vidyadhar Sanjay Nair Vice- Principal, Mr Thomas Gunasheelan Associate Professor Department of Physics, Mr Muralidhara K R Physical Director and Ms Peria Nayagammal  Physical Director.

The judges for the event were Ms Malini B M, Assistant Professor Department of commerce, Ms Lydia Anjali, Assistant Professor Department of computer science, Mr Tippeswamy, Assistant Professor Department of computer science.
