Program: Intramural Badminton Competition

Venue: Indoor Stadium, St Philomena’s College

Department of Physical Education conducted Intramural Badminton Competition in an enthusiastic manner for the college students on 26^th of November 2022 in Indoor Stadium at 1.30 P.M. Students of various stream effectively participated in the sports events and earmarked the enthusiastic approach to this event.

The Badminton Competition was held for Men and Women Categories. 48 participants witnessed inclusive of 32 boys and 16 girls. The event aimed to inculcate and exhibit inherent sports talent of the students.

The event earmarked with enchanted and marveled participation from the students resulting P. Pranav, II BBA securing I place and claimed victorious glory as winner of the game, Harish K A of II B.Sc with II place and J. A Yashwanth Kumar of I BCA secured III place from the Men Category. Archana Deepthi. G of II B.Sc won I place,   Pirina Surin of I BA secured II place and K.P Kumkum of I BCA got III place from Women Category.

The program efficiently conducted by Ms. Peria Nayagammal.S S Physical Education Director with the assistance of in-charge faculty members consisted of Mr. Ginson George, Department of Psychology, Mr. Francis Devasahayam, Department of Criminology and Forensic Science and Ms. Shashikala C, Department of English.
