
French Singing Competition for Language Immersion
Objective of the Activity

A singing competition was organized in the French classroom with the aim of immersing French learners in French songs and enhancing their pronunciation, listening skills, vocabulary, and confidence. Music was used as an effective tool to make language learning enjoyable and interactive.
Description of the Activity
Students participated by singing French songs, either individually or in small groups. The selected songs included simple and popular French tracks suitable for beginners and intermediate learners. Students practiced lyrics, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressions before the performance. The classroom environment was lively and encouraging, promoting active participation.
