FUNWEEK 2026: A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!
St. Philomena’s College witnessed an unforgettable Funweek from March 3 to March 6, 2026, as students came together to celebrate the vibrant cultural spirit of our institution!
The week-long extravaganza kicked off with Retro Day on March 3, where students and faculty alike donned retro attire, transporting everyone back to the groovy era of bell-bottoms, disco, and classic rock . The college corridors were filled with laughter, music, and dance, setting the tone for an exciting week ahead.
On Twin Day (March 4), the campus was a sea of matching outfits as students paired up to showcase their unique bond and style. From funny twin looks to elegant matching ensembles, the creativity knew no bounds!
Character Day (March 5) brought fictional characters, historical figures, and celebrities to life on campus! Students and faculty members dressed up as their favorite personalities, making it a day of fun, fantasy, and learning .
The grand finale, Ethnic Day (March 6), was a spectacular celebration of our diverse cultural heritage. The highlight of the day was the *Ethnic Ramp Walk*, where students showcased their talents, traditional attire, and cultural pride on the catwalk. The energy was electric as everyone joined in, cheering and celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures represented in our college community.
The Funweek concluded with a vibrant display of unity, creativity, and enthusiasm, setting the stage for the grand Philo Fest 2026 .
