Smartfin Financial Solution

We hosted Smartfin Financial Solution on our campus for MBA placements.
An overview of the recruitment process:

• 27 students applied for the Operations Lead position.
• 23 students took the aptitude test, with 13 students shortlisted.
• The shortlisted candidates participated in a group discussion, resulting in 5 students being selected for the final round.
• Interviews were conducted with the selected candidates.
• The final results will be announced soon.
