Signed MoU with The Regional Institute of Digital Marketing (RIDM), for the launch of Online Certificate Courses.

In the presence of the members present Rev. Dr. Bernard Prakash Barnis, Rector/ Manager & Dr. Ruth Shantha Kumari, College Principal and Mr. Senthil Kumar, Co-founder, RIDM & Mr. Bharath Srinivasa, Head-Operations, RIDM, a memorandum was signed for the launch of the Online Certificate Courses.

Brief Report:
Mr. Ronald Prakash Cutinha, IQAC Coordinator welcomed and introduced the dignitaries on both the sides and briefed about the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the launch of the new Online certificate Courses.
 The RIDM with minimal fees is offering Online Skilling Courses for students that are specially job oriented.
 This is a collaborative venture with the St.Philomena’s College (Autonomous) and RIDM for the Skill Enhancement of the Students. The different online certificate courses are listed below:

• Certificate Program in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing
• Certificate Program in Introduction to HR Analytics
• Certificate Program in MS Excel
• Certificate Program in Corporate Etiquette & Professional Presence
• Certificate Program in Fundamentals of Data Analytics
• Certificate Program in Fundamentals of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Dr. Ruth Shantha Kumari gave the introductory remark and briefed the members about the RIDM and its benefits to the students.

This indeed is the need of the hour during the pandemic situation the world is facing at large and through the initiative of the IQAC, the College Management has signed the MOU with RIDM keeping in mind the enhancement of the students for diverse Career/ employment opportunities.
