The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of St. Philomena’s College organized a recruitment drive in collaboration with TecBee consultancy. The recruits were hired for ConscienceAdvanta. The Drive was held on June 11, 2022. The Drive was held in the UG College Auditorium. The Job description and the registration link was shared with the students. About 97 students from various science streams from St. Philomena’s college registered and participated in the drive.
Ms. Farha M. the Placement Head hosted the event and introduced the Recruiters Mr. Manjunathand Ms.Rekha to the students.The Recruiters addressed the students and conducted the drive.
The Recruitment process comprised of 2 rounds. The first round was an Online Test to evaluate and assess their communication skills. After the written test 13 students were shortlisted.
HR Round
The test round was followed by a HR round. The HR round comprised of one to one discussion and was held on June 15, 2022 in the College Auditorium. 10 students were selected at the end of the HR Round.
The students were asked to onboard after their final semester exams.
