A second-year student then provided an introduction to the guest. The guest of honour then took the stage and gave an outstanding, informative address on the topic of youth mental health. Second-year students created a group song as the upcoming program. The first-year students then took the stage for a thematic dance performance. Then the HOD ofBSW offered the vote of appreciation before wrapping up the program.
OUTCOME:
The guest presentation was really educational. It dispels any misconceptions and stigmas that teachers and students may have had. Everyone was on high alert from start to finish because the program was so amazing. During this seminar, common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, time management, and the use of social media and its addiction were all covered. The doctor psychiatry also gave a talk on young mental health. Encourage the group to adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to enhance their emotional and physical well-being. The students’ performances added colour to the program, and the day was both educational and beneficial.
