Workshop on International Breads and Cake Icings
Different types of International Breads and Cake Icings were prepared by Chef.Ranjith.C.V,Bakery Chef, along with the students from Dept.of Tourism and Hospitality,St.Philomena’s College,Mysore on 5th and 6th of August,2021.Different varieties of International Breads such as Baguette,Sourdough,Buns,Milk Bread,French Bread,Italian Breads,Croissants,Bread Rolls and others were designed into different flower patterns and animals such as Tortoise and Fishes,etc.The Cakes were designed according to various occasions and themes using different Icings,Frosting and Fondants were kept for display at the College Auditorium to all the visitors in the campus.
