GRADUATION DAY -2024

CODE OF CONDUCT

• Dear Graduates on this auspicious day you’re requested to be dignified and disciplined throughout the program.
• You are not allowed to use your cell phones.
• Photographs are not allowed as we have a team of photographers dedicated to do so. You are requested to collect your photos from them.
• Batch-wise Seating Allotment is marked with sign boards and you are requested to be seated according to that.
• The Graduates should remain seated unless instructed during the proceedings of the Graduation Ceremony.

• The following instances warrant the graduates to rise from their respective seats and remain standing:
• During the entry of the Academic Procession.
• Philo’s Anthem / Prayer.
• Administration of Oath.
• National Anthem.
• Exit of the Academic Procession that is the closure of the Graduation Day Ceremony.

• Kindly Note: Graduates, you are requested to return the Gown in the respective class room to the respective teachers.
• Graduates, you are hereby informed to collect the Scroll/Certificate after returning the Gown to the respective teacher.
• The Graduates are requested to sign in the register before collecting your Scroll/Certificate (From the counter/Classroom, where you collected your Gown).
• To the Graduates’ Attention:

• Parents/Relatives/Siblings/Relatives are not allowed for the Graduation Day Ceremony.
• Be on time to collect your Gown as directed.
• Your dress should be presentable and formal (No colour restriction).     
• No Graduate will be allowed inside the Hall one’s the Graduation Ceremony begins.
