IFFCO Recruitment Drive

Drive Summary

The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of St. Philomena’s College organized a pool drive in collaboration with IFFCO on June 14, 2022. The Drive was held in the UG College Auditorium. The Job description and the registration link was shared with the students. About 97 students from various science streams from St. Philomena’s college, SBRR Mahajana’s First Grade College and Amrita Vidyalaya, Mysore, registered and participated in the drive.

Ms. Farha M. the Placement Head hosted the event and introduced the Recruiters Mr. MoyeenAzeez and Mr.Vinod Shukla to the students.The Recruiters addressed the students and conducted the drive.

The Recruitment process comprised of 2 rounds. The first round was a WrittenTest to evaluate and assess their technical skills.

 After the written test 18 students were shortlisted. The aptitude round was followed by a HR round.

The HR round comprised of one on one discussion and 5 students were selected at the end of the HR Round.
