Three Days of Faculty Development Programme (December, 10-12, 2020) organized by IQAC cell

St. Philomena’s College has a unique and unmatched legacy
built over the last seven and a half decades. The institution has evolved to be a model for harmonious coexistence and learning from diverse faith, language and nationalities. The young generation of academicians needs to emulate from the effective intervention and substantial contribution of the visionaries; the founding fathers, the management and the staff. It is similar to a relay race; here the baton is changed from one team to the other. Every team has equal
responsibility to sustain the momentum and realize the vision and the mission envisaged by the founding fathers.
The students are the primary stake holders. The ethos of this institution acquired in the campus and class rooms are reflected in their lives. Every endeavour is to be executed in a campus which is vibrant with positive energy, noble thoughts and sustained with constructive activities. With this collective responsibility, the three-day programme for teachers with 0 – 5 years of experience is organized.
