
UNIVERSAL HUMAN VALUES (UHV)
Introduction
The Universal Human Value Cell Inauguration and workshop was held on August 2nd at P.G Conference Hall to nurture and reinforce Universal Human Values among students and faculty members. The event was organized by UHV Cell/ MCA& MBA Department as part of its ongoing commitment to holistic education that balances academic excellence with moral grounding.
Objective of the Event
The core objective of the event was to:
- Inaugurate the UHV Cell/Value Education Program at our institution.
- Foster awareness and dialogue around human values, ethics, and purpose in life.
- Offer students and educators practical insights into living with responsibility, harmony, and clarity.
- Provide a platform for interaction with expert facilitators in human values.
The inauguration was done under the guidance of the Principal, HODs of MBA & MCA. Attended by faculty members of UHV Cell. MBA & MCA faculty members, Administrative staff, and students.
- Mr. Dwarkanatha A R, Management Consultant and Professor of Practice, was the Resource Person and Guest Speaker

Miss Harshini Sommaiah M of 1st MCA, (Master of Ceremony) who set the tone of the event by expressing the significance of value-based education and acknowledging the dignitaries and guests. Miss Maria Sahana from the 1st MBA department delivered the welcome address. Dr.Emille Surekha Faculty coordinator- UHV Cell delivered the importance and the brief outline of the cell. Inaugural address was done Dr. Ravi J.D. Saldhana (Principal). In his speech he pointed out the importance of embedding value education into the campus culture.

The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Dwarkanatha A R. Through a deeply engaging and interactive session, head-dressed topics such as:
- Understanding human purpose
- The role of relationships and harmony in life
- Clarity in thought, behavior, and values
- Real-life applications of Universal Human Value
His session received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the audience and left a lasting impression.
